At Love is Art, we stand by the quality of our products and want to ensure our customers have a satisfactory experience. Please review our return policy below before initiating a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Defective Products Only: We only accept returns for products that are defective upon arrival. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges: We consider exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our support team to determine if an exchange is possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Kits & Opened/Used Materials: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on custom kits or any materials that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.

  • Returns from Outside the Continental USA: At this time, we do not accept returns from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customer Pays for Return Shipping: If your return is approved, you are responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back to us. We do not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse shipping fees.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your product with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

  2. Provide Photos: If applicable, include clear photos of the defect.

  3. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

  4. Ship the Item: Once approved, send the item back using your preferred shipping method. Ensure it is packaged securely.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
